Experience the beauty and power of Iceland’s Reykjanes Peninsula, a UNESCO Global Geopark where volcanic landscapes, steaming geothermal fields, and rugged coastlines come together.
Walk across the Bridge Between Continents, standing between the drifting Eurasian and North American plates, and feel the earth’s raw energy at Gunnuhver, home to Iceland’s largest boiling mud pool.
Along the way, you’ll see the historic Reykjanes Lighthouse and the dramatic cliffs of Reykjanestá, where seabirds thrive and a statue of the extinct Great Auk keeps watch.
At Seltún, colorful hot springs and steaming vents paint the ground in vivid hues, while the tranquil Kleifarvatn Lake lies hidden among lava fields, offering breathtaking views and photo opportunities.
The day ends with a rejuvenating soak in the world-famous Blue Lagoon, where mineral-rich waters promise relaxation and renewal. We’ll pause for lunch in Grindavík (meals not included) before making our way back to Reykjavik.
